After selling my RIA in 2022, I was introduced to the wild world of Financial Advisor Recruiting and M&A.
Both Advisors and Firms often lack the information they need to make the most informed decisions when it comes to transitions and recruiting. Firms are often in the dark on items like Advisor compensation, competitive advantages, and transition assistance.
Advisors are forced to make their decisions on an island with little objective guidance, because they have to keep a small trusted circle until they are ready to announce their intentions to clients.
My goal is to be a neutral third party, giving both sides the accurate information you need to make the most informed decisions.
