After selling my RIA in 2022, I was introduced to the wild world of Financial Advisor Recruiting and M&A.

As the industry exists today, Advisors are forced to make their decisions on an island with little objective guidance, because they have to keep a small, trusted circle until they are ready to announce their intentions to clients.

My mission statement is simple: I work for Advisors. You have plenty of options, and you know that. My job is to help you filter through them and find the best solution for you and your practice.
