Firm Vetting Process

Step One

Objective Screening

Tell me what you’re looking for, and I’ll start looking for it. This process starts with an onboarding call, where you lay out your deal breakers & preferences.

I’ll start a discrete “indication of interest” round to find the Firms that meet your minimum expectations.

Step Two

Subjective Screening

After a call to discuss the Firms meeting the minimum criteria you set, I will reach back out to any Firms still in the running to learn more about their practices and the goals they have for the transition.

Once this process is complete, you and I will have another call to discuss these conversations and help you decide which Firms you’d like to meet with yourself.

Step Three

Introductions

Starting at the top of your list, I will coordinate introduction calls between you and potential Firms and sit in to help moderate the conversation.

As you zero in on your preferred match, I will stay involved to help negotiate the details of the transition to try my best to get you the best deal available.

Step Four

A Decision

Once you make a decision, I will coordinate the onboarding process and help you strategize communication to clients.
